Kickstart Her Game is our initiative to empower young girls and women through football. In a sport that has traditionally been male-dominated, we are creating safe, supportive spaces where girls can discover their athletic potential and develop confidence both on and off the pitch.

The program operates in schools and community centers across Cyprus, offering free football training, mentorship from female role models, and pathways to competitive play. We provide all necessary equipment and ensure that financial barriers never prevent a girl from participating.

Beyond technical football skills, participants learn about leadership, teamwork, goal-setting, and resilience. Many of our participants have gone on to join competitive teams, with some even representing Cyprus at youth level.

We are proud to have expanded from our initial pilot program in 2 schools to now operating in 7 schools across Nicosia, reaching hundreds of girls each year. Our vision is to continue growing until every girl in Cyprus who wants to play football has the opportunity to do so.
