This program provides a supportive environment where individuals facing mental health challenges, recovering from addiction, or dealing with trauma can find healing through football.
Working with mental health professionals and counselors, we offer structured football sessions that are designed to be therapeutic, non-competitive, and focused on personal growth. The emphasis is on participation, community, and the mental health benefits of regular physical activity.
